Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Gujarat, India.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, develop, and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy projects, including power distribution, control systems, and safety mechanisms. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, conducting feasibility and performance analyses, and supporting installation and commissioning activities at project sites. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliance with standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Engineer will also participate in troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement initiatives for existing installations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, including power systems, circuit design, and control systems.
- Experience with renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind, or other clean technologies) and familiarity with grid integration concepts.
- Proficiency in electrical design and analysis tools (such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar software) and ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations, and commitment to safe work practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with on-site personnel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior on-site project experience in industrial, infrastructure, or energy sectors in India is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gujarat and visit project locations as required.
