Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Raurkela.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, review, and optimize electrical systems and components for manufacturing and industrial applications, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and documentation, performing load calculations, conducting inspections and testing of electrical equipment, and supporting installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and project management, to troubleshoot issues,



improve system performance, and support ongoing projects.

The Electrical

Engineer will also assist in vendor coordination, cost estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and productivity.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuit design, power systems, and industrial electrical equipment.
- Experience with electrical drawings, schematics, and CAD or similar design tools for documentation and design review.
- Ability to perform load calculations, system analysis, and basic fault diagnostics for electrical installations.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems or machinery.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-oriented manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline; relevant industrial or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols, quality procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
