Role Description The Educational Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves guiding prospective and current students in selecting suitable beauty and wellness programs, explaining course structures, entry requirements, and career outcomes. The counselor conducts one-on-one and group counseling sessions, responds to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and supports applicants throughout the admission and enrollment process.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with faculty and administrative teams, contributing to outreach events and seminars,



and providing ongoing academic and career guidance to help learners succeed. The counselor also supports marketing and admissions initiatives by participating in campaigns, open days, and school promotions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Educational Consulting and Education-related skills to advise learners on suitable programs and academic pathways.
- Candidates should possess Student Counseling skills to support learners’ academic decisions, personal development, and program satisfaction.
