KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and admissions
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve targets
- Maintain student records and ensure a smooth admission process

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply




- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Good convincing, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
