We are looking for an Education Counsellor with hands-on experience in online UG/PG course counselling and admissions sales. The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, recommending suitable online degree programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students regarding online UG and PG degree programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and university programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and drive admissions conversions.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, admission process,



and program advantages.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve individual counselling and admission targets.
- Provide a smooth and professional experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements:

- 3 months – 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in online UG/PG counselling, admissions, or sales.
- Experience with online university/degree programs is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven inside-sales environment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Important: Candidates without prior experience in online UG/PG course counselling or sales will not be considered.
