Role Description The Education Counsellor will provide guidance to students on international study options, including programs, universities, admission processes, and visa requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assessing student profiles, recommending suitable courses and destinations, and supporting application and documentation processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with partner institutions, organizing information sessions,



and staying updated on evolving international education and immigration policies.

The Education

Counsellor will collaborate with the team to improve counseling practices and contribute to student outreach activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education advisory for international study pathways.
- Candidates should possess proven Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners in academic and career decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and institutions.
- Relevant experience in overseas education counseling or academic advising is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment in Hyderabad and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
