Role Description The Education Counsellor role at ClickMelon Media Pvt. Ltd. is an in office position based in Faridabad.

The Education

Counsellor will guide prospective learners through available programs, explain course structures and outcomes, and support them in making informed decisions aligned with their career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions (in person and via phone), following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission or enrollment process.



The role also involves addressing queries, providing clear information on fees and policies, and contributing to outreach activities such as seminars or information sessions to promote educational offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong counselling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand learner needs and provide clear, unbiased guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and internal teams.
- Ability to maintain detailed records, manage multiple inquiries, and follow structured processes for admissions or enrollment.
- Comfort with using computers and common office software for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, or counselling is an advantage.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, student advisory services, or education sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ethical standards, commitment to non-discriminatory practices, and a learner-centric approach.
