: Education Counselor

IMTS Institute is looking for passionate and result-oriented Education Counselors to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective students.

Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and effective guidance.

Resolve student queries and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the admission process.

Build and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure a seamless admission experience.





Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal, convincing, and counseling skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage student records.
