Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized team member to support Pilates Academy’s Education and Equipment divisions.

The role will focus on helping grow our education business by connecting with prospective and existing students, guiding them through our course offerings, and supporting the sale of both online and in-person education programs.

The role will also assist with Pilates equipment coordination, working with our franchise partners and internal teams to manage equipment orders, shipment requirements, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective and existing students and provide clear information about our Pilates education programs.
- Support the sale of online and in-person courses, from initial enquiry through registration.
- Assist students with course-related questions, schedules, requirements, and general support.
- Follow up on education leads and help convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Coordinate with franchise partners regarding Pilates equipment orders and requirements.
- Assist with shipment coordination, documentation, timelines, and communication between relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, enrolments,



equipment orders, and shipments.
- Support the team with reports, presentations, documentation, and general administrative requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to students, customers, and franchise partners.
- A sales-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with digital and social media tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in education sales, customer service, coordination, logistics, or administration would be beneficial.
- An interest in the wellness, fitness, or Pilates industry is an advantage.
