Why this role matters

AM:PM's editorial engine runs on speed and judgment. You work directly with the Senior Editor: you bring the stories, the videos, and the verified context, they call the direction. Your job is to make sure the newsroom never runs short on relevant, credible material.

What you do

- Track news daily across mainstream, niche, creator-led, and platform-native sources
- Source 10+ relevant videos, takes, and references every 24 hours
- Flag the mainstream narrative, the counter-narrative, and the missing context for the Sr.



Editor to shape
- Verify every claim against primary sources, official statements, and trusted publications
- Maintain sourcing trackers with links, creators, rationale, and verification notes
- Support reel scripts, threads, and briefing notes as directed

Sourcing, fact-checking, and research are the job every single day.

Your KPI is straightforward: find the relevant news first.

How we work

- In office 5 days a week. Saturday is WFH.
