Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for driving online sales performance and managing digital storefronts for Atomic Consumer Product Private Limited. The role involves overseeing product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and ensuring accurate, compelling content across all e-commerce platforms.

The Ecommerce

Manager will analyze sales data, monitor customer behavior, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing,



operations, and customer support teams, managing marketplace relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing and timely fulfillment. The role also includes tracking KPIs, preparing performance reports, and recommending strategic improvements to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces or brand-owned e-commerce platforms.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions for growth and optimization.
- Effective Communication and Marketing skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and executing promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency with e-commerce tools, dashboards, and basic Excel or similar software for reporting and analysis.
- Prior experience in FMCG, consumer products, or retail e-commerce is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, organized approach.
- Understanding of digital customer experience, order-to-delivery workflows, and basic marketplace compliance requirements.
