Operations Executive – E-commerce & Luxury Gifting

Titlli & Co. is a premium gifting brand specializing in luxury hampers, corporate gifting, wedding gifting and customized gifting solutions.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order processing and order history

Maintain and update inventory/stock records

Monitor product availability and coordinate stock requirements

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Manage order packing, dispatch and delivery coordination

Track pending, completed, cancelled and delivered orders

Handle bulk/corporate gifting orders

Coordinate with Sales, Packaging, Production and Delivery teams





Maintain operational reports using Excel/Google Sheets

Resolve order-related operational issues and ensure timely fulfillment

Ensure accurate records of orders, inventory and operational activities

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Order Management, Inventory Management or Business Operations

Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

Strong coordination and communication skills

Positive attention to detail and record-keeping

Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities

Candidates from E-commerce, D2C, Gifting, FMCG or similar industries are preferred
