Manage and monitor all major online marketplaces, including Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website . Handle complete day-to-day e-commerce operations across all platforms. Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, orders, returns, and promotions.
Monitor sales performance and marketplace targets. Analyse sales reports, MIS, and marketplace data to improve performance. Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, customer issues, and product updates.
Manage and guide the e-commerce team and ensure timely completion of daily tasks. Identify platform issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution. Plan and execute marketplace promotions and sales campaigns.
Ensure products are properly listed, updated, and available across all platforms.
