About the role

We're not looking for someone with 5 years of experience. We're looking for someone with 5 years' worth of curiosity. ?

Impact Water is building a modern hydration brand across quick-commerce, e-commerce, D2C, retail and B2B. Right now we need someone who can jump into Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Meta Ads and our own website — and actually own the numbers, not just report on them.

This is a build-it, break-it, fix-it, ship-it kind of role. We're literally building a new category in India's beverage space, and this role sits right at the center of that — coordinating agencies, platforms and vendors to make it happen. You'll sit close to the founders and get your hands on real growth levers from week one.

What you'll actually do

- Run and grow our game on Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon (yes, real budgets, real numbers)
- Coordinate with our e-commerce and performance marketing agencies to keep campaigns sharp and on track
- Coordinate with delivery partners and platforms to make sure fulfillment and availability never slip
- Level up listings, pricing, promos and conversion so we win the scroll
- Own and glow-up our D2C website




- Fire off Meta campaigns, performance marketing and lead-gen that actually convert
- Live in the data — CAC, ROAS, conversion — and use it to make calls
- Test wild campaign ideas, kill the bad ones, scale the good ones fast
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, not five layers below them

What we're looking for

- Someone who takes initiative and ownership without being told to
- Genuinely excited to learn on the job and try things you've never done before
- Willing to put in the effort to help build a brand-recent category in India's beverage space, from day one
- 0–2 years of experience, or a killer internship/project you're proud of
- Comfy with numbers, Excel/Sheets, basic analytics — spreadsheets don't scare you
- Curious about Meta Ads, performance marketing, quick-commerce (bonus if you've already been nerding out on this)

We'd rather have someone hungry and scrappy than "perfectly qualified" on paper.
