Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in Unicommerce to manage online marketplace operations, process orders, maintain product listings, and ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple e-commerce platforms. ## ✅ Key Responsibilities ?️ Manage daily operations across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and the company website.

? Handle order processing, inventory updates, and dispatch management through Unicommerce.

? Monitor order fulfillment, returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

? Maintain accurate inventory levels across all sales channels.

?️ Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.

? Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.

? Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

? Manage promotions, offers, and marketplace campaigns.





? Resolve customer queries and coordinate with marketplace support teams.

? Monitor product availability and reduce stock-outs and overselling.

? Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve online business performance. ## ? Requirements ✔️ 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations.

- ✔️ Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is mandatory.

✔️ Experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or similar platforms.

✔️ Good understanding of inventory management and order processing.

✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

✔️ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
