- Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementation experience - Contact Center transformation projects - Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies - Microsoft ecosystem knowledge (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) - Change management and user adoption experience Tools, systems, or technologies required - Microsoft Project - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center - Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Office 365 - Power BI Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
