Dy Manager/ Asst Project Management

Requirements

- Department: Construction

- Reporting to: Head Project Management

- Educational Qualifications: BTech / BE

- Work Experience: 6-8 Years (experience in Solar Projects is preferred)

- Location: Bangalore and should be willing to travel to various Site locations

Responsibilities

- Responsible for Erection and Commissioning of Solar Power Projects at Site level. Roof Top and Ground Mount.

- Responsible for Driving HSE&S; Initiatives at Site level during Project Stage, ensure Civil, Electrical and Other Necessary Jobs completed at Site within defined criteria s.

- Team Management.

- Good Command and Control on Contractors.

- Positive Lisoning Skills - Discoms, T&D; Regulators, Environmental and Regulatory Compliances

- Revenue Generation.

- Responsible for ensuring PLF (Plant Load Factor) for all the Solar Power Plants across Pan India as per the designed Capacity and PPA.
- Profit Maximisation.

Ensuring Site

Security - Plant Premises, Manpower, and Plant Equipment s and Documents.



O&M; Contracts - Monitoring and Control.

- Review and Renew Security Contract.

- Knowledge On Quality Specifications - Electrical (Inverters, Transformers, Cables, S/Y etc)

- Monitoring of Plant Performance through Nodal Operating Centre, accountability for ensuring the Up time - Plant Availability for Generation.

Asset

Management at Site Level.

- Ensure Site Audits.

- Plant Maintenance - Predictive, Operative and Preventive Maintenance and adherence to the schedule.

- Adherence to HSE&S; Norms - ISO Audit - 14001 and 9001.

- Control on Documentation, Monitoring of Compliances, O&M; Contracts and Budget.

- Spare Management
