About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidates and closing IT positions for clients across India.

We are open to candidates from 0–8 years of experience, depending on their recruitment exposure and skill level.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Understand job descriptions and identify mandatory and desirable technical skills.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, Shine, Instahyre, Hirist and other recruitment platforms.
- Use Boolean search and keyword-based sourcing to identify relevant candidates.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, project exposure, location, notice period and compensation.




- Conduct initial HR/recruitment screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews and client discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up for interview feedback, offer acceptance and joining.
- Negotiate salary/CTC and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS/CRM or recruitment tracker.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and prioritize urgent requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Meet individual and team targets related to sourcing, submissions, interviews, offers and closures.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
