We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counselor / PhD Program Advisor who can guide prospective students through the doctoral-program journey and help them make informed decisions about universities, programs, eligibility, admissions, and research pathways.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand the candidate’s academic background, career goals, research interests, and qualified experience.
- Counsel candidates regarding suitable PhD, DBA, doctoral, and research-oriented programs.
- Explain program structure, eligibility criteria, admission processes,



timelines, fees, and other relevant details.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates throughout the admissions journey.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments while maintaining a consultative and ethical approach.
- Coordinate with universities/institutions and internal academic teams for admissions and documentation.
- Assist candidates with application forms, document requirements, interviews, and other admission-related processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve individual and team-wise counseling and enrollment targets.
- Stay updated on doctoral education trends, university programs, admission requirements, and research opportunities.
