Job requirements The India Scheme Events Leader will drive the transformation and optimization of our Scheme Events services to a range of clients for whom Aptia provides a pensions administration service. This role involves indirectly managing a team of approximately 110 professionals both on and offshore and ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable Scheme Events processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the Scheme Events function,



ensuring accurate and timely processing of events for a range of clients, including in the growing BPA sector, Pensions Dashboard Project.
- Develop and implement Scheme Events strategies and processes to support business growth and transformation objectives leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align Scheme Events operations with overall business goals and client needs.
- Indirectly manage and mentor a large team of pension professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive NPS, Client Experience Management
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations, pension schemes, and tax laws, staying abreast of any legislative changes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor and manage Scheme Events budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
