About the Company

Befree is building an offshoring-intent go-to-market engine: a single, dynamic 4-dimension framework that scores every account on its economic case, operational readiness, risk tolerance and social-licence risk, then drives that framework through four connected platforms — Clay (orchestrate: source & enrich), ROX (prioritise), Hyperbound (practise) and Trumpet (prove) — into HubSpot.

About the Role The single accountable owner of Befree's offshoring-intent GTM stack — one 4-dimension framework orchestrated through Clay, ROX, Hyperbound and Trumpet into HubSpot. This is a systems-and-data role that sits across Sales, Marketing and Enablement — because the value isn't in any one tool, it's in the connections between them and the shared data model none of those teams owns alone.

Responsibilities

- Own the GTM system end to end
- Single point of accountability for the end-to-end loop: orchestrate (Clay) → prioritise (ROX) → practise (Hyperbound) → prove (Trumpet)
- Data sourcing & enrichment (Apollo + providers), signal capture, list-building recipes, waterfall & dedupe logic feeding ROX
- Scoring-model config, signal sources,



account-ranking logic, next-best-action rules
- Scorecard/rubric config, persona bots, module library, Kota automations
- CMS governance, Pod templates, personalisation rules, engagement tracking
- HubSpot sync, cross-platform data flow, closed-loop signals, reporting
- Framework integrity: The 4 dimensions, persona map, weights and the discount multiplier

Qualifications

- Experience in owning a modern GTM/RevOps stack end to end
- Comfortable in a data model as in a sales conversation
- Proven track record of earning rep adoption of a new system
