Role Description The Director of Admissions is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for leading and managing the admissions function. This role oversees the entire enrollment cycle, from initial inquiry to final admission, ensuring targets are met and processes remain efficient and transparent. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing enrollment strategies, supervising admissions staff, coordinating student recruiting activities, and maintaining solid relationships with prospective learners and their families.

The Director will manage admissions policies, work closely with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and program positioning, and ensure an excellent customer service experience throughout the admissions journey.



The role also involves monitoring and reporting admissions data, optimizing systems and workflows, and providing guidance on student financial aid processes to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong Enrollment Management skills, including planning, setting targets, and overseeing the full admissions lifecycle.
- Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with prospective learners, families, internal teams, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Student Recruiting, including organizing outreach events, school visits, and channel partner creation.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, responsive, and supportive admissions experience.
- Knowledge of Student Financial Aid processes, with the ability to guide applicants on options and requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in an admissions, education, or related setting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with comfort using data and CRM/admissions systems to drive decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments and achieve targets.
