Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Mentor to join our mentoring team and support learners in developing practical, industry-relevant digital marketing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid professional background in Digital Marketing along with demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or teaching Digital Marketing. The role requires an individual who can effectively translate industry knowledge into structured learning experiences and provide practical guidance through real-world examples, projects, and case studies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured and engaging training sessions covering core and advanced Digital Marketing concepts.
- Mentor learners throughout their learning journey and provide guidance based on individual learning needs.
- Develop and deliver practical, industry-oriented learning activities, assignments, and projects.
- Provide hands-on guidance across areas including SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Digital Analytics.
- Demonstrate the practical application of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Guide learners in developing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate learner assignments and projects and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Explain industry practices, campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- Share relevant industry insights, current market trends, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Support learners in developing practical portfolios and job-ready skills.
- Maintain an interactive and professional learning environment during mentoring sessions.




- Continuously update training methodologies and learning materials in line with evolving industry standards and platform updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Mandatory prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching Digital Marketing.
- Proven professional experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, conversion tracking, audience targeting, lead generation, and performance analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and mentoring abilities with the capability to explain concepts clearly to learners with different levels of experience.
- Ability to deliver practical, project-based, and outcome-oriented training.
- Relevant Digital Marketing certifications will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Profile

- Experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Mentor, Consultant, or Digital Marketing Professional with significant training experience.
- Experience working with students, fresh graduates, career switchers, or working professionals.
- Strong portfolio of digital marketing campaigns, projects, or professional work.
- Experience designing training content, workshops, bootcamps, or structured learning programs is an advantage.
