We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Agency to manage and grow the online presence of our café.

Scope of Work The selected agency will be responsible for developing and executing a complete digital marketing strategy, including:

- Content Creation – High-quality photos, reels, videos, stories, posts, and promotional creatives
- Social Media Advertising – Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and customers
- Google Marketing – Google Business Profile optimization, Google Ads, and local search visibility
- Local Marketing – Strategies to attract customers from nearby areas
- Influencer Marketing – Identifying and coordinating with relevant local food/lifestyle influencers
- Promotional Campaigns – Festive offers, new menu launches, special events, and customer acquisition campaigns
- Reputation Management – Increasing Google reviews and managing online customer engagement




- Analytics & Reporting – Monthly reports covering reach, engagement, leads/customers, ad performance, and ROI
- Marketing Strategy – A explicit monthly plan focused on increasing café footfall, orders, brand awareness, and repeat customers
