The ideal candidate will work closely with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure all campaigns are aligned with the company's marketing strategy and brand voice.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks efficiently.

The Digital Marketing

Coordinator will contribute significantly to maintaining the company's digital presence, enhancing engagement, and driving measurable results across various digital platforms.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in email marketing and copywriting,



demonstrating a strong understanding of digital marketing principles. Proficiency with HubSpot for creating, scheduling, and reporting on email campaigns is essential. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Canva for content creation, and Google Ads for paid media support is preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive attitude and strong communication skills are also vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Design and execute high-volume email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring all content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with campaign goals. Manage audience segmentation and list management to optimize targeting and engagement. Maintain and adhere to email deployment schedules to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Create and schedule engaging organic social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with brand voice and marketing objectives. Write compelling captions and adapt messaging to maximize audience engagement and relevance. Develop and maintain organized social media content calendars to ensure regular and timely posting.





Assist in supporting paid media initiatives by preparing creative assets, including ad copy and visuals for Google Ads campaigns. Collaborate with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure all paid media materials are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with marketing strategies. Help organize and manage creative assets required for digital advertising efforts, ensuring smooth campaign execution.

Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
