About the Role:

Hypha is an AI-powered operating system for outpatient clinics, helping care providers manage patient engagement, clinical workflows, operations and growth.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can help us consistently generate qualified leads through social media, paid campaigns and strong content.

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys experimenting, creating content and understanding what makes customers take action.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan and execute social media and lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Create and maintain a consistent social media and content calendar.
- Write engaging blogs, social posts, ad copy, landing-page content and marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and continuously improve results.
- Repurpose customer stories, product insights and industry topics into relevant marketing content.
- Understand doctors and clinic owners deeply and create content that speaks to their needs.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and external marketing partners.
- Interact with doctors and customers for testimonials, interviews, webinars and podcast-style content.
- Be comfortable presenting or appearing in occasional video content.

What We’re Looking For:

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
- Good understanding of social media lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Ability to understand customers and create relevant marketing communication.
- Basic understanding of campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR and conversions.




- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in any of the following is an advantage:

- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing or Lead Generation.
- B2B or SaaS marketing
- Healthcare marketing
- LinkedIn marketing
- Google Ads
- Blog and SEO content writing
- Marketing analytics
- AI tools for marketing and content creation
- Customer interviews, webinars or podcasts

We are looking for candidates based in or around:

Kozhikode | Kannur | Malappuram | Palakkad | Thrissur | Ernakulam The Opportunity

You will work closely with the founding team and gradually take ownership of Hypha's marketing engine — from campaigns and content to customer stories and lead generation.

Your primary success metric: Generate more qualified opportunities for Hypha through consistent, high-quality marketing.
