We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer to manage growth programs for international clients across paid acquisition, organic search, and AI-led discovery.

The role is primarily focused on performance marketing, with additional ownership across organic growth and client coordination.

What you’ll own

Paid Growth

- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Own campaign setup, tracking, testing, reporting, and budget optimisation
- Work across lead generation, e-commerce, and B2B campaigns
- Identify performance gaps and continuously test new growth opportunities

Organic & Search Growth

- Manage core SEO fundamentals across client websites, including on-page, technical, and content-led improvements
- Identify opportunities across SEO, AEO, and GEO to improve visibility across Google and AI-led search platforms
- Work with client teams to plan and implement content based on search demand and business priorities
- Improve landing pages, internal linking, content structure, and overall search discoverability




- Track organic performance and identify areas that need improvement

AI & Automation

- Use AI tools to speed up research, analysis, reporting, and campaign workflows
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks wherever possible
- Use AI to improve execution quality and efficiency across paid and organic work

What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Positive understanding of analytics, tracking, and conversion measurement
- Working knowledge of SEO and interest in AEO/GEO
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday execution
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with international clients
- Able to manage multiple projects independently and take ownership of outcomes

This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute across channels, work efficiently, and operate with minimal hand-holding.
