ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing and be interested in social media marketing, paid advertising, content planning, SEO, and campaign management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Create and manage social media content calendars.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop creative content ideas for posts, reels, videos, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to execute marketing campaigns.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic on-page SEO activities.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages where required.




- Track campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, leads, conversions, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
- Research and stay updated on the latest digital marketing, SEO, social media, and advertising trends.
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Continuously test and improve campaigns and content based on performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Should have practical experience in Off page and On Page SEO
- Ability to create and maintain content calendars.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and post-scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an advantage.
- Positive communication and writing skills.
