Job Summary

CricClubs is seeking a creative and execution-focused Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing content across CricClubs’ social media handles, with a robust focus on onboarding new users on to the CricClubs platform. The position involves on-ground coordination during matches, content planning, and close collaboration with media and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage and operate CricClubs’ official social media handles
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms
- Ensure consistent brand tone, positioning, and visual identity

Content Planning & Execution

- Ideate creative content formats aligned with matches, tournaments, and events
- Coordinate and create content in the form of reels, posts, stories, and campaigns
- Capture high-quality photos and short videos during games and events

Campaigns & Engagement

- Plan and execute campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and followers
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for content strategy




- Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions

On-Ground & Match Day Support

- Provide flexible support during match days and events
- Ensure timely posting of live updates, stories, and highlights
- Coordinate with operations teams to align content with on-ground activities

Reporting & Coordination

- Track content performance and prepare basic social media reports
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Support initiatives to strengthen CricClubs’ digital brand presence

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing(preferred)
- Strong understanding of content, trends, and platform best practices
- Good communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus)
- High Sports IQ with strong interest in cricket
- Creative thinking with strong execution ability
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and teamwork skills

Additional Requirements

- This is a full-time, work-from-office role
- Willingness to work on weekends and extended hours during matches and tournaments
- Comfortable with on-ground content creation and live event coverage
