Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating web content, and analyzing web analytics data to enhance marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks involve developing marketing materials, coordinating with other departments to align marketing efforts, and ensuring the company’s digital presence is optimized and engaging.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Experience with end-of-line packaging solutions or industrial marketing is a plus.

Location : Pune (On Site)

Required Skills:

- Expertise in graphics design (Coreldraw, Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator etc.)
- Proficient in video editing (Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro etc.)
- Strong skills in merchandise and branding creatives creation
- Knowledge of exhibition and marketing collateral creation
- Photography and video production for industrial goods
- Proficient in creating creative content for digital platforms




- Basic knowledge of paid advertising
- Social media marketing expertise (LinkedIn, Facebook,YouTube, Meta, etc.)
- Experience in email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- CRM handling and database management
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques across various media channels
- Excellent internal coordination and brainstorming skills for new ideas

l Graphics Design & Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for online ads, brochures, videos, and banners to promote end-of-line packaging solutions.

l Exhibition & Collateral Creation: Support the creation of marketing collateral and exhibition materials for industry events and trade shows.

l Photography & Video Production: Capture skilled product images and videos of industrial goods for marketing campaigns.

l Social Media Management: Handle the company’s social media accounts, create engaging posts, and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

l Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, as well as WhatsApp marketing strategies to promote products and nurture leads.

l CRM Management: Manage customer databases, track lead progress, and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into clients.

l Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to strategy planning, and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.
