About The Role The Digital Marketing Coordinator at MSI Services Pvt Ltd plays a vital role in executing and managing various digital marketing initiatives. This position involves designing, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing campaigns, managing organic social media content, and supporting paid media efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure all campaigns align with the company's strategic objectives and brand voice.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a passion for digital marketing innovation. The coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining smooth day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, and optimizing digital channels for maximum impact.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in email marketing and copywriting,



demonstrating a solid understanding of digital communication strategies. Proficiency in HubSpot for creating, scheduling, and reporting on email campaigns is essential. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Canva for visual content creation, and Google Ads for paid media support is preferred.

Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are critical for success in this role. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends will be highly valued.

Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

- Designing and scheduling high-volume email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals.
- Managing audience targeting and list segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the appropriate segments effectively.
- Maintaining and updating social media content calendars, creating and scheduling organic posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Writing compelling captions and adapting messaging to maximize engagement and relevance across different social media channels.
- Supporting paid media campaigns by assisting with creative content development for Google Ads,



including ad copy and visual assets.
- Coordinating with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure all digital assets are accurate, on-brand, and ready for deployment.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Organizing creative assets and supporting the overall digital marketing strategy execution.
