About the role

Man Made Marketing is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team in

Trivandrum. You'll work across paid advertising, SEO, and e-commerce growth strategies for a portfolio of clients, bringing sharp analytical thinking and a strategic mindset to every campaign you run.

What you'll do

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms across multiple client accounts.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic and rankings
- Manage and grow relationships with multiple clients simultaneously, understanding their unique business goals and translating them into marketing strategy
- Design and execute growth strategies for e-commerce clients, focused on scaling revenue and improving key metrics ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify problems proactively and develop creative, effective solutions
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates and industry best practices




- Report on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Robust hands-on experience in paid advertising and SEO
- Agency experience, having managed multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proven experience working with e-commerce brands, with a track record of scaling them
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data, dashboards and performance metrics to guide decisions
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to see the bigger picture beyond day-to-day campaign management
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush / Ahrefs, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
