Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can independently plan, run, and optimise 360° digital marketing campaigns for healthcare brands. This is a hands-on role with ownership, not a coordination-only position.

You’ll manage campaigns end to end, handle brands directly, and be responsible for results.

What You'll Do

- Independently create, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and brand visibility
- Plan budgets, monitor performance, and optimise CPL and ROI
- Execute SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking
- Guide content direction for ads, landing pages, and social platforms with internal teams
- Track KPIs using GA4 and ad platforms, and prepare explicit performance reports
- Handle assigned healthcare brands and communicate directly with doctors and stakeholders




- Ensure all marketing activity follows healthcare standards and brand guidelines

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (senior-level execution)
- Prior experience in healthcare digital marketing (hospitals, clinics, doctors, healthcare brands)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Practical understanding of SEO and analytics
- Proven ability to handle brands and campaigns independently
- Comfortable with data, accountability, and client-facing communication

Tools Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot (preferred)
