Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Consultant role based at Tiju’s Academy in Tiruvalla. The consultant will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the academy’s programs across online channels, including social media, search, and email. Daily tasks include developing marketing strategies, creating and optimizing campaign content, managing paid and organic initiatives, and monitoring performance using web analytics tools.

The role involves collaborating with academic and admissions teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals,



supporting lead generation and conversion activities. The consultant will also analyze market trends, recommend improvements to the digital presence, and prepare regular performance reports to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Sales to support brand promotion, lead generation, and enrollment growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategy to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with major digital channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing) is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
