We are looking for an experienced Digital Banking Tester to join our team in Mumbai.

? Location: Mumbai

? Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 Days

? Role: Digital Banking Tester

? Domain: Banking / Digital Banking / NRI & RI

? Key Responsibilities

- Understand and validate NRI/RI and GIFT City account-opening journeys.
- Analyse and test digital customer journeys and workflows.
- Test APIs and backend integrations.
- Validate integrations with CBS, KYC, AML, CRM, Document Management and VCIP systems.
- Test business rules, validations, eligibility checks and exception workflows.
- Perform API/integration testing and troubleshooting.




- Participate in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing and Production Deployment.
- Perform defect analysis, tracking and resolution.
- Coordinate with Digital Banking, Product, Compliance, Operations and IT teams.
- Prepare test cases, test scenarios and functional/technical documentation.
- Provide production support and post-go-live hypercare.

? Required Skills
