Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dietitian – Slimming Head to lead the slimming vertical, manage client outcomes, support revenue growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of client care and SOP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly revenue, sales, client retention, regularity, and service delivery targets.
- Lead and motivate the slimming/dietetics team to achieve individual and centre-level goals.
- Conduct client assessments, including dietary, lifestyle, wellness, fitness, and relevant health parameters.
- Prepare and monitor personalised diet and weight-management plans based on individual client requirements.
- Monitor client progress, conduct regular reviews, and take corrective action for plateau or unsuccessful cases.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of client data, measurements, sessions, reports, and follow-ups in the required systems.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, safety guidelines, and operational policies.
- Coordinate with Doctors, Physiotherapists, Centre Managers, and other team members for effective client management.
- Follow up with irregular and inactive clients to improve regularity and package completion.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate management.
- Drive ethical upselling and cross-selling of relevant services and products.
- Monitor centre reports, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain required records, stock, consumables, duty rosters, and operational documentation.
- Conduct team meetings,



support staff training, and ensure implementation of training and corporate guidelines.
- Maintain skilled standards of hygiene, grooming, client service, and workplace conduct.
- Participate in company events, wellness camps, and other activities as required.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management from time to time.

- Strong knowledge of clinical/wellness nutrition and weight management.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic software/reporting systems.
- Ability to analyse reports and take corrective action.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food & Nutrition, or a related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience in dietetics, slimming, wellness, weight management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in a team lead/centre head/slimming head role will be preferred.

Role Requirements
- Full-time role with a 6-day working week.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented wellness/clinical environment.

Willingness to travel to other centres or attend company events when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
