We are seeking an experienced dialysis technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of dialysis procedures and a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain dialysis machines before, during, and after treatment.
- Prepare patients for dialysis by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
- Administer prescribed dialysis treatment according to established protocols.
- Conduct regular checks on patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment data.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform minor repairs when necessary.




- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and care after treatment.

Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in dialysis technology or a related field.
- 8-15 years of experience as a dialysis technician in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and equipment.
- Proficient in monitoring patient vitals and recognising potential complications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Detail-orientated with solid organisational skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
