Job Summary Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure and applications through best practices and tools.
- Maintain and improve version control systems (e.g., Git) and related workflows.
- Document processes, configurations, and infrastructure setups for team reference.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging DevOps tools/technologies.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar roles.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core services (e.g., EC2, S3, AKS, GKE).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
- Required knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools Terraform, Ansible. (Chef, Puppet is a plus.)




- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Expertise in version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Soft Skills

- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
- Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
- Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving inefficiencies is important.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
