Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma (Civil/Mechanical) graduates who are eager to build a career in the Structural Steel Detailing industry. The selected candidates will undergo structured training in Tekla Structures, steel detailing concepts, fabrication drawings, and industry standards before being assigned to live projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in preparing structural steel shop drawings while working alongside experienced detailing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and actively participate in the company's structured training program.
- Learn the fundamentals of structural steel detailing and fabrication.
- Understand engineering drawings, structural plans, and project specifications.
- Prepare basic shop drawings, assembly drawings, and part drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Learn to use Tekla Structures and other drafting software.
- Update drawings based on review comments from senior engineers.
- Maintain drawing quality and follow company drafting standards.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated timelines.




- Follow the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and safety guidelines.
- Participate in technical assessments and periodic performance evaluations.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision records during training.

- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Basic understanding of Civil or Mechanical Engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
