We are looking for an experienced Design Manager – Architecture with proven experience in handling large-scale Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use projects. The candidate will lead design development, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design and construction documentation.
- Manage and mentor architectural project teams.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior and other consultants.
- Manage client presentations, design reviews and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, project requirements and design standards.
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, quality and coordination.
- Support design optimization, value engineering and technical problem-solving.
- Ensure effective BIM and multidisciplinary coordination.
Project Experience Experience in large-scale:
- Residential – High-rise, multi-tower and large residential developments.
- Commercial – Corporate offices, IT/ITES, business parks and commercial developments.
- Mixed-Use – Integrated residential, commercial and retail developments.
Qualification & Skills
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- COA Registration preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and Navisworks is an advantage.
- Robust design, technical, leadership, communication and client-management skills.
