: Design Manager – Design & Sales

Radon India is seeking a creative and client-focused Design Manager with solid interior design and sales skills. The role involves managing end-to-end residential interior design projects while converting client leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete residential interior design projects from concept to execution
- Understand client needs and develop functional, aesthetic residential design solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Convert inquiries into confirmed residential projects through effective sales skills
- Prepare proposals, layouts, mood boards, and cost estimates
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business




- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors
- Supervise junior designers and ensure project quality and timelines
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- Experience in interior design with client-facing/sales exposure
- Strong portfolio of residential interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools
- Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Knowledge of materials, space planning, and execution
