- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven experience in training and development in the insurance or financial services sector.

- In-depth knowledge of instructional design methodologies and training delivery methods.

- Ability to analyze and assess training needs and program effectiveness.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS).

- Familiarity with e-learning development tools and techniques (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).

- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop team members.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- A degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ASTD) are a plus.
