About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager – PI&RS; to support government advisory and investment promotion engagements. The role will involve investment promotion, investor outreach, transaction advisory, feasibility studies, investment facilitation, and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support business development across agreed sectors and service areas.
- Execute transaction advisory engagements, including:
- Business cases
- Feasibility studies
- Marketing collaterals
- Bid process management
- Advise on investment promotion matters throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support investor outreach, investment facilitation, and investment decision-making.
- Review market and investment promotion collaterals and guide teams through project execution.
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact.




- Support the team in driving transaction/project closures.
- Work closely with government and other stakeholders on policy, incentives, and investment-related matters.
- Manage multiple engagements while maintaining quality, timelines, and attention to detail.

Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Investment Promotion
- Government Advisory
- Investor Outreach
- Investment Facilitation
- Transaction Advisory
- Policy & Incentives
- Strong understanding of government policy documents and investment incentives.
- Robust commercial acumen and market awareness.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and review skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, commitment, and positive attitude.
