• Commissioning Review and execute testing procedures and commissioning plans. Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Coordinate with OEMs and consultants during equipment testing.



Ensure successful synchronization and system integration activities. Contract &

• Vendor Management Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors. Review contractor bills and certify work completion. Monitor contract compliance, progress, and performance. Coordinate with vendors for technical discussions and issue resolution. Planning &

• Documentation Prepare project schedules and progress reports. Review engineering drawings and technical documents. Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and project documentation. Facilitate punch point closure and project handover activities. Safety &
