Designation: Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Plan and deploy machinery as per project requirements.

 Ensure equipment availability, utilization, and timely maintenance.

 Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.

 Monitor equipment downtime, fuel consumption, and operating costs.

 Coordinate equipment hiring, vendors, OEMs, and service providers.

 Maintain equipment records, statutory documents, and inspection schedules.

 Ensure secure operation and compliance with statutory requirements.

 Support equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.

 Lead plant & machinery teams and drive cost and productivity improvements.

Qualification & Skills

 Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech – Mechanical Engineering

 Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills

 Real Estate experience is mandatory
