Dental Assistant Location: Smylift Dental, Y Square, Kolshet Road, Thane (W) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1-2 years preferred; freshers with relevant dental training may apply About the Role Smylift Dental is looking for a Dental Assistant who will work closely with the dentist to ensure smooth, efficient and hygienic clinical operations. The ideal candidate should be attentive, responsible, well-groomed and comfortable working in a patient-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments. Prepare the dental chair, instruments and materials before procedures. Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.

Clean, organize and maintain dental instruments and clinical areas. Assist with patient preparation and provide basic chairside support. Maintain adequate stock of dental materials and consumables. Handle instruments efficiently during procedures.

Ensure the operatory is ready for the next patient.



Support smooth patient flow and coordinate with the reception team when required. Follow clinic protocols for hygiene, safety and patient care.

Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Dental Assisting or relevant dental experience preferred. Basic understanding of dental instruments and procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, punctual and professional. Ability to work calmly and attentively in a clinical environment. Willingness to learn and take responsibility. Prior experience in a dental clinic will be an advantage.
