The Opportunity

UST is looking for an experienced Engagement Manager –

- Asset &
- Wealth Management to manage strategic client relationships and large-scale managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Asset &
- Wealth Management, managed services delivery, P&L;/revenue management, client engagement, and onsite-offshore delivery models, with proven ownership of portfolios exceeding $10M in revenue.

Key Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end client engagements across application support, DBA services, and managed services operations.
- Own delivery governance, SLA/KPI adherence, financial performance, capacity planning, resource optimization, and risk management.
- Lead large onsite/offshore delivery teams across multiple programs and workstreams.
- Manage strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders and senior business leaders.
- Drive governance reviews, strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and continuous service improvement.
- Lead AI-first engineering and automation initiatives focused on productivity improvement and modern engineering practices.
- Ensure operational stability, customer satisfaction, service quality, and revenue growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, support, operations, and program management.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion,



process improvement, and business growth.

Required Skills

- Strong Asset &
- Wealth Management domain experience.
- Proven experience in Managed Services / IT Service Delivery.
- Experience managing $10M+ revenue portfolios/accounts.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, financial management, and account governance.
- Experience managing application support, DBA, or enterprise IT operations.
- Robust client relationship and C-suite stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and large distributed teams.
- Strong capabilities in SLA/KPI management, capacity planning, resource optimization, and risk management.

Desired Skills

- Experience driving AI-first engineering, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in account growth, business development, and managed services expansion.
- Strong program/engagement governance experience.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong process improvement and operational excellence mindset.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- 12+ years of experience in IT services, managed services, engagement management, or related areas,



with significant experience in the Asset &
- Wealth Management domain.
- Location are Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Trivandrum
