Role Description The Delivery Driver role at HoReCa Plus is a part-time, on-site position based in Mysore.

The Delivery

Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading fresh fruits and vegetables to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other HoReCa clients within the city and surrounding areas. Day-to-day tasks include checking delivery orders against invoices, ensuring products are handled carefully, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and following all traffic and safety regulations. The role involves interacting with clients during deliveries, collecting signatures,



handling basic paperwork, and reporting any delivery issues or delays to the operations team.

The Delivery

Driver may also assist with basic warehouse tasks such as organizing stock and preparing orders for dispatch.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client interaction skills, with a professional and respectful attitude.
- Experience or familiarity with food & beverage operations, especially handling fresh produce, is beneficial.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks; forklift operation experience is an advantage.
- Basic sales awareness and the ability to support the team in promoting company services during client visits.
- Willingness to participate in training related to safety, product handling, and company procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and solid knowledge of local routes in Mysore.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move crates and boxes of fresh produce safely.
- Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow delivery schedules and instructions.
