Job Responsibilities: parcels, documents, or products safely and on time. Pick up orders from the store/warehouse and deliver them to customers. Collect cash or process digital payments when required. Verify customer details and delivery addresses.
Handle products carefully during transportation. Maintain good communication and professional behavior with customers. Follow traffic rules and company safety policies. Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in good condition.
Report delivery issues, delays, or damaged items to the supervisor.
Requirements: Valid driving licence and a two-wheeler. Smartphone with internet/GPS. Basic knowledge of the local area. Valuable communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work flexible hours and meet delivery targets. Previous delivery experience is preferred but not always required.
Salary: ₹____ per month + incentives/allowances, depending on the company and experience.
