Role Description

This full-time hybrid Day Trader role, based in Jaipur, involves actively monitoring global markets, executing trades, and managing positions throughout the trading day.

The Day

Trader will analyze price action, market news, and technical indicators to identify short-term trading opportunities in equities and other instruments.

Responsibilities include applying risk management rules, maintaining detailed trading logs, and reviewing performance to refine strategies. The role also requires collaborating with the team to share insights, using trading platforms and analytical tools efficiently,



and staying informed about macroeconomic events affecting markets. Team members are expected to work from the Jaipur office on designated days for desk collaboration, strategy reviews, and team sessions, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of Day Trading concepts and interest in learning intraday strategies; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Equities and Finance, including how markets function and straightforward order types.
- Basic knowledge of Technical Analysis — chart reading, trends, support/resistance, and common indicators.
- Willingness to learn trading platforms and market data tools; familiarity with Excel is a plus.
- Disciplined mindset and willingness to follow predefined risk management rules and position limits.
- Good numerical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Graduate in any field; no specific degree required. Candidates from Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Mathematics backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.
